What is Hubs?
Hubs is a coliving and coworking community designed for remote workers, digital nomads, and entrepreneurs. We provide comfortable accommodations, reliable workspaces, and a vibrant community in inspiring locations around the world.
What is a workation?
A workation combines work and vacation, enabling professionals to work remotely while enjoying a change of scenery. It’s an opportunity to boost creativity, reduce burnout, and experience new cultures while maintaining productivity.
Do I need a job to join?
No, having a job is not a requirement. Hubs welcomes freelancers, entrepreneurs, and even those on sabbatical or exploring personal projects.
Do I need a visa?
Visa requirements depend on your nationality and the country where the Hubs location is situated. While Hubs can provide general guidance, it’s your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary visa for your stay.
Are workations available year-round?
Some destinations are available all year, but most of our workations run on specific dates during spring, autumn, and winter. Visit the destinations page to see upcoming editions.
Can I come with my children?
Yes, families with their kids are welcome.
Can I bring my pet?
Yes! We’re pet friendly. Your furry friend is more than welcome. We kindly ask you to book a studio or an apartment if you plan to bring your pet to ensure everyone's comfort.
Note: Our London Hub unfortunately can’t accommodate pets, as the building wasn’t designed for them.
Are there any pets on the properties?
Yes, in most of our Hubs, some colivers may bring pets. Pet owners are required to book private accommodations, but you might still encounter furry companions in shared areas.
If you have allergies or specific concerns, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate you.
Note: Our London Hub does not allow pets, so it remains a pet-free space.
Can I have a friend visit me during my stay?
Yes, visitors are allowed. Please, notify us in advance to arrange any necessary accommodations.

Yes, you can ship items to our coliving.

Getting Around
How can I get to Hubs Broumov?
You can reach Broumov by train or car from either Prague or Wroclaw. We’ll send detailed directions and arrival tips before your check-in. If you’d prefer a more comfortable option, we can arrange a private transfer for you at a fair price.
What is the exact address, and when can I arrive?
The address is Klášterní 1, 550 01 Broumov 1, Czechia.
You can arrive at any time, though we recommend checking in before 6:00 pm if possible.
How do I get from Broumov train station to the monastery?
We suggest checking directly with our host Pavla, as we prefer local guidance for the most accurate information. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll cc her in your confirmation email so you can be in touch.
Do I need a car when staying at Hubs?
Not necessarily. The town is walkable, and both the coworking and shared spaces are located within the monastery. If you’d like to explore the surrounding region or go hiking more often, renting a car could be a great option.
Are there any bicycles on the property?
Yes, both regular and e-bikes will be available on-site for rent.
Is there a parking area available?
Yes! We offer a secured parking area free of charge.
How can I get to Hubs?
You can fly into one of the following airports: Bern, Zurich, Geneva, or Sion. You can travel from these airports to Lenk via Switzerland’s efficient rail network or by car. Shuttle services can also be arranged upon request. The coliving space is within a 3 to 5-minute walk from the local train and bus stations. Check more information at sbb.ch.
How can I get to Hubs?
You can fly into one of the following airports: Ljubljana, Trieste, Venice, Klagenfurt, or Treviso. We can arrange a shuttle service between the airport and Bovec for a fair price.
How can I get to Hubs Budapest?
You can arrive via Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport, which is well-connected to major cities worldwide. From the airport, public transportation, taxis, or shuttle services are available to reach the coliving space. Check more information at bkk.hu.
How can I get to Hubs?
To get to Hubs in Avoriaz, fly into Geneva Airport (85 km away), then take a transfer or train to Morzine. From there, ride the Prodains Express cable car to reach the car-free resort.
How long does it take to travel to Central London?
We are a 7 minute cycle ride, a 17 minute journey on the 427 bus or a 20 minute walk from the station. Hayes is on the Elizabeth line, approximately 16 mins from London Paddington.
On request, we can provide you with a folding bike free of charge (we'll just take a security deposit to cover loss or damage), which will enable you to get to Hayes station in under 7 minutes. You’ll be able to take the bike with you on public transport, allowing you to avoid traffic and go pollution free throughout London and beyond.
Is there a shuttle service available?
We’ve now got a complementary weekday shuttle to get you to the station as swiftly and efficiently as possible for all you City commuters.

Is there a place for parking and bicycle storage?
There are free, unrestricted bay parking spots around the building and we also offer on-site parking on agreement.
In terms of your bike, we have it covered (literally); our bike rack is in a covered and secured area at the side of our building.
Do I need a car when staying at Hubs?
Everything you need is within walking distance, and public transportation is easily accessible, so there’s no need for a car.

A car is available for shared use. Guests only need to cover the cost of fuel, which can be divided among those using it. This is a great perk to explore the surrounding areas. Fuel in Slovenia is affordable, approximately €1.5/l.

You can rely on the public transport system to move around the city. This includes trams, buses, and metro services that connect all major parts of the city efficiently.
Which is the closest ski resort?
The closest spot for ski touring is a 10-minute drive from the coliving space. The nearest ski resort with lifts is 40 minutes away. While the Bovec ski resort (Kanin) is currently closed, the closest ski resorts are:
How can I get to Hubs Livno?
The nearest airports are Mostar, Split, and Sarajevo. From there, you can catch a bus or book a private transfer through Hubs. We’ll send detailed directions and arrival tips before your check-in.
Do I need a car when staying at Hubs?
Not necessarily. The town is compact and walkable, and the coworking space is just a short distance from your accommodation. However, if you'd like to explore the wild landscapes or visit the wild horses freely roaming in the area, renting a car can give you more flexibility.
Are there any bicycles on the property?
Yes, regular and e-bikes will be available for rent so you can explore the surrounding plains and hills at your own pace.
Is there a parking area available?
Yes! We offer a large, secured parking area free of charge. It’s spacious enough to accommodate larger vehicles like campervans or vans, so you can park safely and with peace of mind.
What currency is used, and can I pay by card?
Payments and currency Bank cards are accepted in major shops such as supermarkets, pharmacies, and drugstores like D&M. In restaurants and cafés, it varies — we recommend carrying some cash.
The local currency is BAM (Bosnian Convertible Mark), though euros are sometimes accepted (e.g., by guides). ATM withdrawal fees vary depending on the bank. Petra or Mario can recommend the best one once you arrive. Our advice: withdraw larger amounts at once, as the fee is usually fixed regardless of the amount.

Livno is very safe — one of the safest places in Bosnia and Herzegovina — but, of course, common sense applies.
Do people in Livno speak English?
Younger generations often speak English, though it varies — some are fluent, others not at all. Based on experience, about 50% of younger people speak English. Older generations generally do not, except for those who have worked abroad or in tourism.
Do the private rooms have a kitchenette?
No, but all guests have access to a fully-equipped shared kitchen.
How can I get to Hubs Adelboden?
You can fly into Bern, Zurich, Geneva, or Sion. From there, you can reach Adelboden by car or via Switzerland’s efficient rail network. Shuttle services can also be arranged upon request. For train schedules and connections, check sbb.ch.
Your Adelboden Guest Card is included in your stay and gives you free access to local buses and trains—so there’s no need for a car once you arrive.
Do I need a car when staying at Hubs?
Not at all. The town is walkable, and with your Adelboden Guest Card, public transport is free and convenient. You’ll be able to reach the coworking space (located in the same building, at the ground floor), supermarkets, and hiking trails without a car.
Are there any bicycles on the property?
No bicycles are available on-site, but you can rent regular and e-bikes in town if you want to explore on two wheels.
Is there a parking area available?
Yes! We offer a secured parking area free of charge.
Facilities
& Amenities
How is security and safety ensured within the building?
For your safety, our building is staffed 24/7. We employ CCTV in our communal areas and operate with a fob security system to ensure our building remains secure.
What services and essentials are included during my stay?
Alongside community activities and events, we provide daily breakfast and bi-weekly room cleaning. Please note that essentials like toilet paper, cleaning products, and kitchen supplies are not included.
What does the price include?
It includes your accommodation (with all utilities and fees covered), breakfast (based on your accommodation type), access to coworking and common areas, weekly community activities, and support from a local host who’ll help you settle in and feel at home throughout your stay.
Are all accommodations located within the monastery complex?
Private rooms are inside the monastery, while the apartments are located nearby. Regardless of your choice, you’ll have full access to the shared spaces within the complex.
Is the entire monastery booked for Hubs?
No, only a section of the monastery and one of the coworking spaces are reserved for Hubs participants. The rest of the complex is shared with locals, expats, and visitors who also make use of the facilities.
Is there a shared kitchen available within the monastery?
Yes, there is a common kitchen. Please note that due to monastery regulations, there are no stoves or oven, only a microwave. A coffee machine and kettle are available in both the common kitchen and the living space.
What are the café and restaurant hours?
The café is open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and the restaurant kitchen is open until 8:30 pm.
Do private rooms have a bathroom?
Private rooms all have shared bathrooms, but we can request a room close to the bathroom for you.
Do the private rooms have a kitchenette where I can cook?
No, private rooms don’t have a kitchenette, but you’ll have access to our common kitchen. For those staying in monastery rooms, we’ve arranged flexible food options:
- Cook simple meals with groceries (Lidl is a 5-min walk)
- Eat at local restaurants (~€8–10 per meal with drink)
- Add lunch + dinner from our partner restaurant for €16/day
Will there be a coffee maker or kettle in my room?
At the moment there are no extra units available, so it’s unlikely we can place one in your room. The living space is far enough from the rooms, so it should be convenient to use the one there.
Are couples allowed to stay in the private rooms? Is there a surcharge?
Yes, couples are welcome in private rooms. The same price applies for couples, so there’s no surcharge.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, breakfast is included for those staying in private rooms and is served at the on-site restaurant within the monastery complex.
Is there internet in the rooms?
Yes. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the monastery, including private rooms and shared spaces.
Is the space equipped for remote work?
Yes. Rooms are designed for comfort and focus. You’ll also have access to two coworking spaces within the monastery—one exclusive to Hubs participants, and another shared with locals and expats.
Where can I get work done?
You can work from your private room or apartment, or from either of the two coworking spaces within the monastery complex.
Which common areas will I have access to?
You’ll have access to a recording studio, ballet room, piano room, meditation room, two coworking spaces, a restaurant, and a café—all within the monastery complex.
Is there a gym inside the monastery?
There isn’t a gym in the complex, but there are hiking trails and a local gym in town if you’d like to stay active.
Do you provide shared hygiene products?
Yes. Toiletries and linen are included during your stay.

Yes, laundry facilities are available at all coliving spaces. In London, they are available at an additional cost, starting at £2.50 per wash and £1.50 per dry.

Are all accommodations located in the same building?
Yes. All Hubs participants stay in the same property, a traditional guesthouse with private rooms and shared common areas, located within walking distance of the coworking space and town center.
Participants who choose the apartment or premium apartment options will stay in nearby accommodations, just a short walk from the coliving house, and will also have full access to the shared common areas.
Can you send me photos of my room?
The house we’ll be staying in is here: Google Maps link, and you can see photos of the rooms on our Livno listing. All rooms are quite similar.
Before your booking is confirmed, we can’t send photos of your exact room, as final assignments are still pending.

Yes. Our Hubs includes a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook your own meals anytime.

All participants stay in modern studio apartments inside a central apart-hotel in Adelboden, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, coworking, and nature.

Yes! Our studio apartments can sleep up to four people. You’re welcome to host friends or a partner at no extra cost.
Is there a kitchen in the apartment?
Yes. Each studio has its own private kitchen, fully equipped for daily cooking.
Is breakfast included?
No, but you can prepare your own meals in the apartment or enjoy local cafés and bakeries nearby.
Is there internet in the apartments?
Yes. All apartments have high-speed Wi-Fi, perfect for remote work.
Which common areas will I have access to?
As this Hub is based in private apartments, there are no shared common areas inside the building. However, you’ll join weekly meetups, dinners, and coworking days with the community in the coworking space inside the coliving, local cafés, and restaurants.
When can I use the workspace?
The coworking space inside the coliving is accessible from any time in the morning up to 5pm. You’ll also have your apartment as a 24/7 work option.
Is there a gym at Hubs?
No gym is included, but Adelboden has fitness centers, swimming pools, and, of course, hundreds of kilometers of hiking and skiing trails right outside your door.
Do you provide shared hygiene products?
Yes. Basic toiletries, towels, and linen are included in your apartment.

Petra and Mario from Livno’s municipality co-manage this edition with Hubs.
Is this your first edition in Livno?
Yes, while this is our first edition in Livno, we have a proven track record in the Swiss Alps since 2023, and we follow the same approach in all destinations. Furthermore, the workation is co-created between the municipality and Hubs.
Are the activities self-organized?
Our local community manager will coordinate weekly activities based on group interests. You’re also welcome to suggest your own ideas and help plan events!
Is horse riding available?
Yes, horse riding is possible! We can connect you with local guides or providers who can arrange this for you. Please note that third-party activities like horse riding are not included in the workation package.
Can I organize an activity for the community?
Absolutely! We encourage all residents to lead or suggest experiences they’d like to share with the group.
Is there a WhatsApp group?
Yes. Upon your arrival, we’ll add you to our destination-specific WhatsApp group. In the meantime, you’re welcome to join our Hubs WhatsApp Community, where we share updates about our workations and you can connect with past and future participants.

What's the cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy depends on the location and booking terms. All details will be provided after you place your reservation and before you confirm your accommodation or proceed with payment.
Why is one month the minimum stay duration?
A minimum stay ensures that guests have enough time to integrate into the community and fully benefit from the workation experience. Adelboden and Broumov are the only locations where we offer flexible stays under one month.
Do I get a discount if I stay longer?
Yes, we offer discounts for 2-month and 3-month stays at most locations. We also provide discounts if you book more than one workation with Hubs at the same time. For example, one month in Livno and one month in Broumov.
How can I book a stay?
Click on Book Now to start your reservation. Select your destination, accommodation type, and preferred dates. After submitting the form, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 48 hours. Payment is handled at a later stage.
What kind of activities do you usually facilitate?
Expect shared meals, day trips to see the wild horses on Kruzi Plateau, traditional Bosnian cooking workshops, and sunset gatherings with the group. You’ll also have the chance to go hiking to peaks like Troglav, horseback riding through the highlands, canoeing on Buško Lake, or even try paragliding over Livanjsko Polje. For the more adventurous, there are also ATV off-road rides through panoramic trails.
