Tucked between the Dinaric Alps and the wild plains of western Bosnia, Livno is a hidden gem for remote workers seeking nature, culture, and connection.
This historic town, dating back to the 9th century, blends old-world charm with modern comforts. Its cobbled streets, Ottoman-era architecture, and proximity to wild horse herds offer a setting that feels both grounded and inspiring.
In autumn, Livno transforms into a tranquil escape—ideal for focused work and slow exploration. Think golden forests, crisp mountain air, and the soft rhythm of village life. On your breaks, venture into the hills, hike to panoramic viewpoints, join Bosnian cooking workshops, or simply sip coffee with locals in the old town square.
The atmosphere here is peaceful, welcoming, and authentic. With access to coworking spaces nearby, private accommodation options, and a tight-knit community of digital nomads and creatives, Livno offers more than just a workspace—it offers a lifestyle.
Whether you're staying for a season or just passing through, Livno invites you to reconnect with what matters: purpose, presence, and people.
You can work from your private room, common areas in the house, or the coworking space just a few minutes away.
Events include communal dinners, outdoor excursions, workshops, and cultural activities based on guests’ interests. The activities are tailored to individuals in the community.
The nearest airports are Mostar, Split, and Sarajevo. From there, you can catch a bus or book a private transfer through Hubs. We’ll send detailed directions and arrival tips before your check-in.
Not necessarily. The town is compact and walkable, and the coworking space is just a short distance from your accommodation. However, if you'd like to explore the wild landscapes or visit the wild horses freely roaming in the area, renting a car can give you more flexibility.
Yes, regular and e-bikes will be available for rent so you can explore the surrounding plains and hills at your own pace.
Yes! We offer a large, secured parking area free of charge. It’s spacious enough to accommodate larger vehicles like campervans or vans, so you can park safely and with peace of mind.
Payments and currency Bank cards are accepted in major shops such as supermarkets, pharmacies, and drugstores like D&M. In restaurants and cafés, it varies — we recommend carrying some cash.
The local currency is BAM (Bosnian Convertible Mark), though euros are sometimes accepted (e.g., by guides). ATM withdrawal fees vary depending on the bank. Petra or Mario can recommend the best one once you arrive. Our advice: withdraw larger amounts at once, as the fee is usually fixed regardless of the amount.
