Expected Behaviour
Participants are expected to:
- Treat fellow members, local partners, hosts, and staff with respect
- Communicate clearly, calmly, and professionally
- Be mindful of shared spaces, noise, cleanliness, and resources
- Respect different working styles, schedules, and boundaries
- Follow local laws, house rules, and Hubs guidelines
Hubs is a shared experience — your behaviour directly affects others.
Zero-Tolerance Policy
Hubs maintains a zero-tolerance policy for:
- Discrimination, harassment, racism, or hate speech
- Abusive, aggressive, threatening, or unsafe behaviour
- Repeated passive-aggressive communication or provocations
- Behaviour intended to create conflict or discomfort
This applies to all interactions, both in person and online.
Accountability
If issues arise, participants are expected to address them respectfully and involve the Hubs team when needed. Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.
